  • My Mission

To provide quality stroke instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities to improve their speed, efficiency, and endurance. Swim With Beth focuses on each swimmer’s individual abilities and works to perfect their strokes through drills, verbal and physical reinforcement and conditioning.

The goal of the program is to perfect young swimmer’s strokes so they can be successful in summer swim and year round swim, and give them the skills that will enable them to swim in high school and beyond.

I believe that a young child can stregnthen their performance by focusing on their strokes without committing to multiple days a week as a swimmer until they are older. By developing strokes properly, these swimmers can be competitive later in life with their peers who may have put much more time into swimming at a young age. Many of the swimmers in this program are multiple sport athletes who have not committed to just one sport.

NEW: Three Stroke and Turn Clinics Added!

Based on  frequent requests I will hold three Stroke and Turn clinics from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm on 16 September, 30 September and 7 October.  Details are in the linked Stroke and Turn Flyer.

JCC Sessions

All – the response from returning Swim with Beth families has been overwhelming. Though I intended to open registration to everyone this week, many of my lanes have been filled by returning families. As you know, the swimmers are grouped in each lane by skill level and ability. I am working today to ensure that I have all the returning swimmers appropriately assigned to lanes and sessions. I will use that information to determine how many additional swimmers of each skill level I can accept.

If you will be new to the program this year, please email me a completed registration form for your swimmer(s) (swimwithbeth@yahoo.com). It is important to do this via email to ensure the process is as timely as possible for everyone. New swimmers should not mail checks at this time. I will use my notes and previous emails to then contact families/swimmers that are the correct fit for the spaces that are available and ask you to respond within 24 hours so I can offer the opportunity to as many interested families as possible.

I am sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment, but the response from returning swimmers has been remarkable. I am looking at several options to add additional sessions to meet your needs.

I will continue to update the website to keep you all informed.

Cub Run Sessions

Little Rocky Run Swimmers – the Sunday Cub Run sessions are all still available. These sessions are specially contracted for LRR by the county and are not available to other swimmers.
